this is after 2 yrs of working out i do super sets of 10 8 6 and about every three months i do a powerlifting routine of 7 5 3.

novedex xt taking during a cycle is that effective?

My one year after training look up my old pics too

so after starting at 140 a year ago im now at 210 and bench over 300 and dont know all my stats but they are all pretty high look up my old pics and let me know what you think

i went from 188 to 204 in two weeks and my eating habbits arent even that great i'll try posting some new progress pics but last month i was exactly a year of working out and i started off at 140...
