for creatine i bought some CEE ill wait maybey another month or so to try it.... ive seen on this sitre that you dont need to load??? does this mean i need to reduce my creatine intake??? i was tol that if i dont load and just constantly take it i only have to take half of what im supposed to for loading??
P.S. creatine is new to me.... althought its been recommended to me before i got CEE because i was told it was more efficient and worked better??
