i drink two gallons of milk a day... and yes i fart like crazy... will this help me put on weight??

You need to eat more solid food like stated above. Two gallons of milk a day and how are you not bloated to where you can't do anything? A glass of milk has protein, but you need chicken, tuna eggs, oats, bran, cottage cheese, lots of veggies, etc.
