i drink two gallons of milk a day... and yes i fart like crazy... will this help me put on weight??

You need to eat more solid food like stated above. Two gallons of milk a day and how are you not bloated to where you can't do anything? A glass of milk has protein, but you need chicken, tuna eggs, oats, bran, cottage cheese, lots of veggies, etc.

basic supplements that would help would be whey protien and creatine. But than, these are no substitutes for foods. The most important part is to take a diet that will give you total calories in excess of your BMR. Only then would you start gaining some weight.
