Due to the efficacy of oral vitamin supplementation and vitamin injections, revision weight loss surgery is rarely needed or used to treat conditions of vitamin deficiency. Deficiencies in fat soluble vitamins are most commonly found in Duodenal Switch patients with patients experiencing vitamin-D deficiency most frequently. Malnutrition and protein deficiency is treated by elongation of the common limb, which can also be performed to treat vitamin deficiency.
As a supplement i have also gotten benefit from here... paggreviews.com

If you're looking at an overall awesome multi, check out Nutrabolics Vitabolic. I do believe you can get them from that site. Made by a Canadian company as well. It's been a staple in my supplement regime for awhile now. A lot of benefits of this all-in-one health solution, which beats your average normal multi. It contains coenzyme 10 as well, and you get the nutritional equivalent to 8 servings of fruits/veggies in each serving.

awesome stuff. Check it out!
