Yeah...they don't discourage the idea of honest advice...it's kind of a personal decision. It's really difficult listening to other people giving advice to customers that you know is not true. But that's why everyone says don't go there... Unless I'm working of course...I'll post my hours!

Creatine mono: 10 grams once a day. I take mine postworkout and in the mornings on non training days.

Most other forms could be pre and postworkout.

i use the mono....no more taking it and then waiting an hour to workout...kickass.

I separate mine into pre and post. That feels better for me than one big dose postworkout. I've done it both ways though. I doubt most, after they have reached "saturation" actually need 10 grams. 5 would probably do and general as low as 2 t o5 grams have been shown to be sufficient for maintenance. I know of course that most will go for at least 5.
