Anuj, AnimalMass (aka Matt Reynolds) version is dual factor. Not for you Unless you think you're advanced enough to where you NEED planned overtraining and cycling intensity to grow. It's a TON of hard work that is utilized only for advanced lifters who need "advanced" techniques to continue progress. You don't need anything complicated to progress yet IMO.
