^^Ya man i did, but its ok i got some info on this, but can someone let me know what i should do the like the first month of working out? Should i just go once and if im sore wait til i recver and go gack, that type of thing for a month, then the 2nd month get into a routine of like mon wed fri?

your not eating much at all... i'll consume that much calories before 2pm... c'mon man in order to look like a freak you gotta eat like a freak... just eat anything you see
