I think the problem here is that the OP is really talking about performance/strength and VanGTO is talking about bodybuilding. I mean, pre-exhaustion is a bodybuilding technique. Has nothing to do with strength and performance.
On one hand you guys should try to remember (as I have trouble with sometimes as well) that this is a bodybuilding board, lol so people are going to be posting about mass building techniques. On the other hand, people should probably read the goals of the OP.
Just trying to read this from a bystander's perspective it's like same words different language.
That said, Van, I think you missed the point of the thread early on. As for Dogma...cleans, snatches and pre-exhaustion? Why not just draw shit out of a hat? Putting it together, it makes sense that these guys question it.
