The main problem I see is the 135x10 and 145x7. Those are fairly heavy if your 3 rep max is 150. Do a proper warmup (you can find one on this site) and cut out the 135x10 and 145x7, I bet you will be able to do 150 for 4 or 5 reps with alot less effort.
When you say cut out 135x10 and 145x7, I don't noe wat u mean. I usually do Chest/Triceps on monday so I had a lot of rest already. The reason I can only do 3 on 150 is because it's my forth set. (I think I can do better if that was 1st. Anywayz, so you think should go lighter and do more reps?

Also when you bench, what is the pace (2 sec down and 2 sec up). I see my friend rest soo long when the bench is down to the chest (5-10 sec or more), like he's resting on the chest. His chest is growing and getting so much stronger then mine.
