I know you're trying to help Anuj, but you don't need to point anyone in my direction since all the answers are in the training forum.

In case anyone missed my thread

And BTW, I still helped him. All I did was CUT AND PASTED an old response I had in Knight's old journal in the journal section....

Thank you so much for your help 0311, I am sorry I pmed you. I would not have if I knew.

Yes about 2 meals. I work at Chick-Fil-A and some of my meals were from there. I ate in between meals.

This morning I ate eggs, an apple, and pancakes.

I am about to have chicken tenders, pasta, and peas. That sound good? I work from 6-10:30 tonight so I have to eat my last meal late.

Also, my mom has noticed that when I do get some weight put on me it goes to my love handles and sides and I noticed that too. What are some good exercises to get rid of those and tone them up?

Thanks!

I know, it's NOT you..

My guess is that most of the new joins feel that they have TOO much "experience" to sound like a newb in the forums asking for advice. So instead they come pm me and hope I give them everything they're looking for. Mostly it's such and such training programs for this or that..

My favorite pm's are, "Hey, I'm looking to get huge and strong, and also to drop my bodyfat. So here's my stats, make me something that will help."

Are you kidding me!!!
You have done nothing we have said. Ok, I take that back, all you have done is do a routine that someone has posted. What else was said?

Nutrition is 90% of it. Before you post anymore question please read all the stickies on this board about dieting, cutting and bulking.

not good enough....unless those 3 meals get your daily intake of carbs, protein, and fat, you're not gonna see shit for results. Forcefeed yourself if you have to, EAT!

Eating is good....eating make you big....big like bull!

On a serious note though 3 meals will not cut it, and if you think it will do yourself a favor and write down exactly what you eat over the course of the next few days, eat as you would normally and record EXACTLY what you eat as far as food, and make sure you put down exactly how much of that food you had, then go back at the end of the days and see if your gettin enough, the obvious answer would probably be no. Dont rob yourself of good gains cuz you dont want to eat
