Very nice to see you here Eric! Same here. I believe anyone can parallel squat big numbers, but A2G seperates men from the boys. It's refreshing to see people's signatures at other forums saying their 18 years old, bench: 200 lbs, deadlift: 315, squat: 405

:eek: [they forget to mention it's a quarter squat with a belt and knee wraps] BTW, if anyone thinks they can squat more than deadlift, then their not old enough to buy a pack of cigarettes! I think I started A2G with 225 lbs and ended with 285 x 5 after 2 5x5 cycles...Probably could still do more. After my deload I'm aiming for 295-315 x 5 A2G after three cycles.
