I was spinning for a while, my diet was incheck but I wasn't keeping good records of my workouts. Then I found this site and with the help of all you guys I have made some really good improvements. Mostly with my legs.
Like 0311, I never trained them until about 1.5 yrs ago, now I'm hooked and looking forward to 07.
I squatted 385lbs last night
