Thanks guys!

I wish I took a vid of 405! One of these days I will have the presence of mind to bring the camera. Unfortunately, my pec is sore in the same place I had a partial tear last time. So that's the end of flat bench for at least a few months. I had a very good run this time. But I'm not going to push my luck and wind up with another tear! The last one put me out a few months.
