ya thanks, weights r continueing to go up fairly well still which is good. Squats felt very easy at 225 and 235 for 5 but when I went for 5 on 245 back started to bother me a little so i stopped there. Squatting is one of my fav exercises to do so hopefully I can get back up to decent weight on that fairly soon.

Incline DB-80,80,80-8,7,6
Lat Pulldown-in-200,190-5,6
-out-140-8,8
Deadlift-135,185,225,275,300-6,6,3,1,1
Speed Bench-135-15

First time deadlifting in over a year +. So trust trying to see what I could do to decide where to start. 300 was tough but got it up, very bad form have to work on that since i havent done it in so long.

Diet so far today was OJ+bagel/cream cheese+2 scoops of eggs. Eating chicken+rice right now after work out

congrats on the deadlift, but i noe my bf tweaked his back pretty bad from trying to do more than he could (which is why im scared to do deadlifts :S)... so be careful!

Actually, it was bad form missy. Get your stories right! :P

Looks like you're doing great! Have you considered replacing the pull down with chins?

no i have not right now i really like the pull downs with both grips but i am thinking about switching to a different routine

Its not a specific routine just thinking about modifying what I am doing right now.
Still really just thinking about it right now, I am making good gains so far on what I am doing now but thinking it might slow down in the future

switched it up, went light and more intense, very little rest in between sets if any

Standing shoulder press-95,115,125,105-10,10,6,10
Floor press-185,200,185-5,5,6
Front raises-40,35,35-8,8,8
Tri Ext-80,80,80-10,10,10
Shrugs-100,100,100-20,20,20

and than played an hour an a half of bball

weights felt fairly easy on all, was feeling sick this morning and had to cut work out short cuz i just started to feel awful after the bench sets
