MAX Bench Test day
Man I suck at benching, hit a 2kg PR tho LOL, my form sucked today, I know I can press more than I did today, there is tonnes of strength I waste cos my form sucks.I have an awful habit of pushing the bar towards my gut when I lower it, which puts me in a shitty position to press from.Baaaah so anyways I hit 106kg then 107.5kg on the bar and missed with 110kg.Pretty happy with the strength gain just pissed I couldnt get it together with form.

Not pretty lifts at all but I lowered it and locked it out so it counts bitches!!
