DE Squat Day
Well I am gonna have to change it to ME squat day for this one ended up working up with wraps on and hit 160kg 4 plates a side for a PR, fuck yeah been after that for a while!!Did 5 singles.Did 5 sets of snatch grip RDLs and a few abs, was smoked after the squats. DE Squat Day 28/8/09 Free Squat Belt and Wraps 1x1 130kg 1x1 140kg 1x1 150kg 1x1 160kg (PR) 1x1 140kg No Wraps Snatch Grip RDL 1x8 80kg 4x8 100kg Abs x some Hit paralell for most sets, depth on my last PR sets was a bees dick high, my wife brought my little one in to the gym and having them behind me really threw off my concentration and my knees came too far forward.Hard to hit depth like that. |
I need to go Google a Kg to Lb conversion table, all these Kg weights are hurting my brain :chairshot: OUCH!
....and I try not to use the brain on Fridays. :biglaugh: |
LOL my bad the squat was about 371lbs and the RDLs 240ish.

DE Bench Day
Lockout/ heavy tri work was real strong today, did some triples then doubles.Finished with 4 brd CG then moved to speedy bench for 8 sets alternating full rom and 2 brd again.Finished with lats and tris for a couple high rep sets, yowsers reps are tough! DE Bench Day 29/8/09 3 Board Med Grip 1x3 90kg 1x3 100kg 1x3 105kg 2x2 107.5kg 4 Board CG 1x5 95.5kg 1x4 92.5kg smoked after! Speedy Bench 4x3 60kg too slow 4x3 50kg Barbell Rows WORTHLESS EXERCISE IMO 3x6 50-70kg Kroc Row 1x20 30kg JM press 1x5 30kg 1x5 32.5kg 1x3 37.5kg yikes too ambitous!! 1x16 20kg |

I never feel much out of barbell rows, they just aint right for me, dumbells and cables for me feel much better. Hows things with Wesley? |
