It kinda feels like my groin area is the limiting factor,it takes AGES to warm up to get any depth wehn wide,I dont know if it means anything but my lateral lunge depth is shitty too.Hmmm I will work on that more often and see how I respond.Pits will try that more often too as I do it for warmups but not daily.

see if you can find an ART...or graston or ASTYM practicioner in your area....maybe you have some tissue restrictions in there.

I've never had an issue with my groin area when squatting deep / wide . My issue has been with my hams. So I can't really comment on what to do there. I can say that if your not using breifs , then put them on or get some because they help keep the hip area ( groin too ) tight and you shouldn't feel a thing .
As for going deep , it looks like your almost there , maybe a few more inches (on most of those lifts ) and you are there. I'm sure you don't want to drop the weight down , but that might be what you'll need to do to go down farther and then work your way back up. The foam rolling will help too. ... It looked to me like you were in your suit also :) |
is your suit the one that goes down to your heels? like a leotard? :)
