DE Squat Day
First real DE day in a while, went great, squatted against orange bands, so not alot of tension.Will wave up the band tension over the next few weeks.Anyways all sets were fast, I did GMs next and hit a new 5rm and finished with abs and band GMs too!.Good day. DE Bench Day
Kinda rushed for time today, so I kinda skipped my warmup/rolling routine.Had a good day tho, did my speed sets with 55kg and had good speed.Worked up on a 3 board next, these are getting old, I will switch them to pin presses for a while I think.Finished with light barbell rows and CG pushups vs a band.Good day, very quick workout. ME Squat Day
Pulled conv. against 2 orange bands last night.Damn I am always reminded how tough these fuckers are on DLs.Hit a decent PR tho so thats nice! moved to heavy hypers next and finished with planks.Kick ass day. Sled on grass, 15 mins forward and back with 32kg in plates and then my little one thought it would be a good idea to sit on the sled whilst I dragged! LOL the cutest thing!! |
