Just trying to get my strength back. Got my home gym all set up with about 900lbs :) my lifts took a big shit kicking , hoping I can make a 1/2 decent comeback for July 31st

picked up some amonia today so no more fucking around !! :)

ME Bench Day

Floor pressed today for singles, smoked a PR with 111kg on the bar and misgrooved 112.5kg, I should have had that, I dipped forward with the bar when my tris hit the ground and just couldn’t recover the groove enough to lock it out. Did super close grip EZ bar presses next paused, I rest paused about 15 reps. Finished with chins. These were great.

ME Bench Day 9/6/10

1x1 111kg (PR)

2x1 105kg (Forearm hurt)

DE Squat Day

No motivation today, just zilch.No way was I going at it with bands! So I just box squatted with no bands and worked up to a PR of 384 lbs, dicked around with around 320 ish in the suit after. I was surprised I got much better in the suit despite not being in it for a very long time. Hit depth or very close to it on most attempts, even with straps up. Damn there is nothing that prepares you for how tight those straps get in the hole, the pressure in your head is sick! Any ways I will need more practice in the suit to hit PRs that’s fo sho.

About 6 sets from 120kg-140kg?

So the 170kg I got off the box with but couldn’t stand up with it, need to get stronger, more slag!!!

ME Squat Day

Hit up GMs today for ME.Nothing about GMs is fun!! Hit 120kg for 5 reps tho so that was good, I will admit that my GMs are not super deep but i always stop just before my back rounds out, still got a tonne of work for the back and PC tho.Moved to deadlifts next these were super tough with a fatigued back.I pulled 1 rep sumo then 1 conv for about 6-8 sets then hit abs.Good day.
