^^What I should have said was that I couldn't recall a definite moment or action that caused the injury
On a more positive note I'll be seeing the doctor asap about this.
I was planning on seeing him anyway because of all your advice, but recent events have sped up my decision.
Here's why:
*Warning this is a drinking story, not for the faint of heart*
So me and some buddies head to the bar last night, its kind of like coyote ugly, lots of girls dancing while guys stand around and get shittered. We show up, drunk of course, and the bar is dead. So we start ordering shots and beers and get drunkerer ( ). So we're pretty mashed by about midnight (got there at 11:30) and I hear these two guys behind me whispering. So I hear them say "Let's beat up this guy tonight cuz he looks pretty big". So I turn around and its these two fags in full american eagle and abercrombie and fitch gear obviously attempting to add 10lbs to their boney ass frames by wearing clothing that is about 10 sizes to small. I go and tell my buddies that 2 guys wanna beat me up and just to watch that I don't get bottled or some shit from behind. So it is now about 1:30 and this blonde chick comes up to me and starts grabbing my ass and grinding against me. Now normally this would be ok, but she was a ditch pig. So this broad asks if she wants to go home with me, I say "sorry sweetheart I have a gf" (which is a big lie, woops). To cover for my story I turn around and whisper to this brunette to play along and I say she's my gf (I ended up getting her number shortly after too, so cha-ching). NOW comes the good part, said swamp donkey runs over to dipshit 1 & 2 and tells them the story about how I shot her down. So she's crying and these two guys are making their way over. I nudge my buddy and tell him shit is going down so he's ready to go. Now these guys are right in my face yelling at me and before I know it my buddy is in the middle trying to defuse the situation. Dipshit 1 starts swingin for the fences and I eat 2 fists before I get a hold of the motherfucker. My buddy is trying to take care of Dipshit 2 while I pound the fuck out of Dipshit 1. Before I know it the whole bar has erupted into a brawl and my buddy gets hit in the head and dipshit 2 is en route to kick my ass. (This part may seem unbelievable but is 100% true) As dipshit 2 comes at me he throws a right hook, I dodged it and hit him with a Rock Bottom!! Dipshit 1 & 2 are out of commision, but apparently they have a friend, dipshit 3, and he starts swinging away. So we're exchanging shots and I've got a hold on his shirt just trying to feed him haymakers. The bouncers have finally made it through the crowd and there are 3 of em trying to pull me off this guy...Eventually I get pulled off and me and my buddies get tossed, so we're sitting in a snowbank outside the bar, bleeding and spitting everywhere, clothing torn half off and laughing our asses off. Cops never got called for some reason, probably because there was a small army of underagers in the bar
So between all the punches I threw, the Rock Bottom!, and holding onto that guy with the polish death grip (almost all done with my right/strong arm)....My shoulder is fucked. I'll be seeking medical attention asap.

Shoulder Update
Ok guys, I went and got checked out. The Doc at the sports injury clinic says its a rotator cuff problem. He thinks its just a minor tear from the prelim. exam he gave me, but I need to get some other tests done. They're just imaging tests, but from there he will be able to tell what needs to be done. For now, he gave me the go ahead to lift but nothing that involves pressing (overhead or otherwise) and nothing that causes the arm to raise in front of the body (ie. DB front raise motion) and nothing that involves elevated arm positions (ie. position of holding the bar during squats).
SO, basically I'm out for the next little bit ladies and gents. I'm not going to go into the gym and hit the leg sled (technically can't load plates because of the ROM) and quad extensions. No half-assed shit, its either go hard or go home. So I'll see what the next set of shit tells me and go from there.
I've got class now so I'll post my plan as far as "What's Next" is concerned later on.

So here's my plan:
-Since I can't lift weights for the time being, I'm going to bulk up.
-Logic being, the extra weight will help my bulk when I make my return and so I won't lose my "eating capability".
-I'm not counting on anything drastic from the weight gain as far as progress with bulking, but I'm hoping it will give me a bit of an edge. That extra weight should help me build/retain slightly more muscle no?
Anyway, there really isnt much for me to do except eat if I can't workout and I guess the main reason is simply so that I can still eat my 5000+ cals a day and maintain the lifestyle for when I get back into it. The added bonus during bulking would be a plus
Just as a little bonus: When I get back to 100% I will be working like a fucking animal...DF 5x5 and DFHT done PROPERLY with the most results possible aside from anabolics.

Thanks man, I hope so too. Kind of a wake up call (as I'm sure most injuries are) too. Over the years of training I kinda got the mentality that "I'm invincible"...not quite like that, but thats the best wording I've got right now...injuries do suck and it can happen to ANYONE. I will be back shortly though, this seems to be a minor fuck up in my training plans

No doubt. I had PERFECT form on the bench press, but found out too quickly that doing a super heavy 3 x 3 flat bench on Monday, and a heavy REST/PAUSE low incline smith on Thursday is bad news. Ouch! But after a long rehab, I've learned my lesson. Sometimes minor injuries are a Godsend because they snap you back into reality without really setting you back months.

Shoulder Update:
Its been about 4 weeks or so since I've been able to lift due to my shoulder injury. I had another appointment with a doctor thursday and she said that my shoulder is good to go. I can lift as long as it doesnt cause discomfort or pain. So I went today and did a few compounds. Bench feels good, deads feel good, squat feels good, military press feels good, and rows feel good. I started off light and was perfectly fine, so I went a bit heavier and eventually made it up to some pretty heavy weights, this was on friday.
Today I woke up and the shoulder was perfect, I hit the gym and found my 5RMs.
Squat: 205
Bench: 185
Deadlift: 315
Rows: 185
Military: 115+ (didnt want to push it anymore)
Overall that one month had a pretty good impact on my strength. Really the only thing not affected was the deadlifts and military, which is weird considering my shoulder was the injured part.
I'm going to be starting the DF 5x5 this week (light weights) and see how I deal with that. I don't foresee any problems, but then again I didn't foresee my shoulder injury. I'll run through the program with a 'slightly less' aggressive loading, possibly done over 5 weeks as opposed to the 4 week loading I just did. Followed by an intensity phase for 3 weeks.
