I didn't want to omit it so I did it today, I'll just have to play around with my off days to get my schedule back on track. |
Wednesday September 16th
187lbs Sumos 320x3 340x3 355x3 365x3 I love the taste of doube progression, lol. Uni RDLs 135x5 105x5 105x5 That first set of 135 was too heavy. My leg actually hurt when I returned to standing on both feet, like my femur was breaking. Dialed the weight back down and it was alright. Woodchops 120x10x3 Heavy. |
Thursday September 17th
185lbs BB Flat Bench 190x3 195x3 195x3 195x3 +5lbs for the first set, +10 for the rest. Chinups +35x6, +35x6, +35x5, +35x3+1+1 Uni MP 55x5, 50x5, 50x5 55 was heavy! |
Those are nice uni presses Kane, now I cant decide which to add to my rotation first, OH lockouts or uni DB press.Decisions decisions!!

Friday September 18th
185lbs Backsquats (B2G, lol) 250x3 260x3 270x3 280x3 +5lbs on all sets. Last weeks 275x3 was a 10lb PR and the 280x3 today is a 5lb PR. Stiff Legged Deads 185x5 225x5 225x5 Blasted through these. I was planning on doing 4-5 sets but that will have to wait til next week. |
