Finally back in the gym after an extended layoff....and it shows, LOL. I've also joined a new gym, so that should be an adventure too.

Tuesday November 24th

175lbs!!!

Deads
225x3
245x3
275x3
295x3

Didn't get too aggressive with deads. I need to work on my setup and execution, I'm out of practice and on a side note I am so out of shape it isn't funny. Before this used to be my warmup and after 295 I was sweating bullets. I was expecting a BIG performance decline, its just something I will have to work on.

Pullups
5,5,5

Rough. More of a conditioning problem than anything.

Pistols
3,3

Leg started to cramp. Called it quits and just messed around doing random stuff, checking out the place basically.

Wednesday November 25th

178lbs

MP
95x4
105x3
115x3
120x3

The bar wasn't racked, every set began with a clean. My grip was also a bit closer than usual. Instead of pinky on the first ring, my index was at the edge of grip so its about 1-2" in from my usual grip.

Deloaded Rows
135x6
155x5
165x5

Facepulls
70x8
60x8
60x8

Felt good to get some scapula work in. Its been a while since I gave it some lovin'.

I have an impromptu 3 day, lower/upper/full, plan. I didn't get to the 'full' day last week because I was experiencing some massive DOMS. This week should be better.

Monday November 30th

Deads
225x3
245x3
275x3
295x3

Just a repeat of last week. Didn't feel as comfortable as I should at this range so I stuck with it.

Pullups
+10x5, +10x5, +10x5, BWx5

Pistols
3,3,3

Conditioning is a big one with the pistols. They really kick the crap out of me.

Overall a slight increase in volume on the pullups and pistols, some added weight on the pullups.

Glad to see you back in action.

10lb loss ? That's crazy , man . I'm sure you'll get it all back soon.
