your form is looking good in all the vids you have up. Nice work, I like your gym set up, I wish I could lift at home and film it.

getting a new bench when tax refund comes in...should be soon...can't wait...i'll be able to adjust the height for MP and squats...so i can get under without having the bend the knees so much.

found that with my gay homo standard bar...it was only 5" off the floor...so for rows and deads i could not get down far enough without the lower back unarching....so i made some 4" stands...much gooder now...

so here's the new and improved row just gotta keep the head down...

thanks man...

squat - 146, 3 x 5

MP - 96, 3 x 5

pullups - 20, 3 x 6

leg raises - 3 x 7

situps - 15, 2 x 15

bi curls - 71, 2 x 6

so i think my form on everything is all in line now...thanks to mr. Eric. dropped weight on the MP..and really focused on getting the elbows out front and staying there....definitely feels more like a shoulder lift that way

lookin forward to the weekend...house sitting for some friends...they have a border collie that shits on the floor alot.....but they do have a hot tub

He means his elbows more in front of the bar and not out as in 'splayed out' just in case someone might think I told him to do that

I remember house sitting for someone with a great dane who constantly dropped loads all over the house. But they had an EXTENSIVE record selection.

Yeah it was like cleaning up after a horse. It didn't help that they had all these "treats" to give him. Dietary indiscretion + great dane = diarrhea. There is no excuse for not house training a dog.

agreed x 8778999.

i swear this dog is retarded...it has a problem going up stairs. so i let it out to do it's thing...it walks in 8 circles before taking a shit...and then when it has to come back up the stairs...it runs in a circle...sometimes two. puts its paw on the bottom step. sits there.....runs in a circle. paw on step. run in circle....and then finally if you yell at it enough...it comes up the stairs.

cute little thing...and i love him...but...some of the cogs on the gears are missing.

gained all my weight back from having the flu. money.

1/21/08

squat - 151 3 x 5

bench - 166 3 x 5

row - 106 3 x 5

dips - 40 2 x 8, 1 x 6

oh side bends - 25 2 x 7

situps weight overhead - 20 2 x 15

squats moved a little slow...kept form though...good to be above 150 again. bench. slower than it should have been...may need to switch it up. rows felt awesome. dips felt awesome...lugging around 40 pounds is not that fun though. last night with the dog.

russians - 10, 1 x 8

biceps - 61, 2 x 9

upped my weights on the deads...figured i would just give her hell...pulled out 8 reps...last rep my grip was getting iffy felt good to pull that much that amount of times....not a ton at all...but PR for me. my goal is to be at or over 200 in three weeks...
