i noticed that with the new form...my upper back gets hit alot more...it was actually sore the next day. felt the good.

I love the feeling you get when you rip a heavy weight off the floor and know you mastered the iron and not the other way around. Deads are tough, but a load of fun...

I absolutely love DLs. Hard, but rewarding. And it feels good to finally put some weight on the bar for once

210 by 3, nice. Why don't you just do 3 triples working up to a heavy one.

i could....i just figured the 10 reps of lower weights would build lower back endurance....or something but i can do three triples

You could still hit a back off and yes that is a good thought...also upper back mass and strength. I just think you could get away with doing a little bit more.

Or maybe you want to work it up to a 1x5 or something.

You're increasing the poundage so that is what really counts. But you might hit a ceiling.

when i get back to 4 days a week.....i'll hit the back off on one day...and a 3 x 3 on the other...i really can't wait to be done with bowling...no more $20 a week...and i get tuesday nights back to do what the fuck ever.
