i wanted to switch back to doing a little bit more volume next week but im so pissed i failed on that last rep i have to get it next week. im going to take today off because as you all know i cant do any leg work right now. the hip feels aight but like my man widdoes said i would rather be safe than sorry. tomorrow i will do some back and shoulders again.
i am gonna do some volume for a few weeks and then go back to a 3x3 and them i will try and see if i can get up 500. i havent tried the exact wrmup talo gave me but i have been doing something instead of nothing and i think it helps a lot. so give me like a month and a half to 2 months and ill try to get that 500 and ill post it
