Nov 2nd

GPP

20 mins sprints ( front , back and side steps )

5mins of pushups ( cant tell you how many i did - lost track )

5 mins of chin ups

Wasn't keeping track of how many I did as I was more tracking time.

Also:
3x10 of lying db skull crushers
3x15 Dips
Stability Ball Crunches ( 50 )

Squats 3x3 @ 405 , 425 , 455

Hack Squats 3x10 with 135

Legs were just dead..

Did some ab work and played some hockey for cardio !
