Going to be doing 40mins on the bike tonight at work. I will also try to get a few hrs sleep so that I can get up at a good hour tommorrow and hit the gym in the afternoon. |
i hope you have an ipod or something. 40 minutes on the bike is borrible if you dont have something to listen to. well if you get used to it i guess you are aight

Yup , Extend (scivation) watermelon flavor. I love this stuff. Been taking atleast 40g a day. I ordered it from bulk , but I just checked out bb.com and found that it's cheaper. 1x SciVation Xtend - 1035 Grams 1x SciVation VasoCharge - 347 Grams only $59.99 for the two. Not sure if the vascocharge is any good ,but it's basically free so I thought I would order some. plus , I like your advice so stop in anytime. |
I havent used vasocharge before, but scivation is a solid company, so I would atleast give it a try at that price.
40g a day? thats awesome, I've never gone over 20, perhaps I should increase my intake. |

Ya 40g a day. sometimes 60g - I usually have 20g during a workout then another 20-40 through out the day. I put my order in yesturday , it usually takes a few weeks to come, but I will let you know how it is. |
