actually last week i hit 225 x 5 :) i don't think that was my 5rm...but i'll scale back and work up to it over the next weeks. thanks hits.

Yeah, those were chins, pity :D.

On the lunges you might want to elevate the front or back leg. Either way.

i call both of them pullups/chins interchangeably.

because....

A: i'm pulling my self up.
B: i'm getting my chin up above the bar :)


how about...i did pullups....with a supinated grip :) and i usually do three different grips...one for each set. first supinated medium grip. wide pronated. hands touching supinated. it just makes for an easy journal entry to call them pullups. :)
