pushups: +35, 2 x 14

face pulls: mini band in each hand...2 x 15

rdl's: 5RM - 158.....3 sets

split squats: 93, 2 x 7

chest supp rows: 93, 4 x 5
ss w/
double leg lowering: 3 x7
prone trap raises: 5, 3 x 8 w/ static hold

rdl's were like....halfway between conventional and a snatch grip....but any wider than where i was and my shoulders didn't like it.

i love my new enV touch. great phone.

incline bench - 5RM - 143.....138, 2 x 5

neutral grip bench - 103, 2 x 9

unilateral shoulder press - 30, 2 x 8
side bends - 30, 2 x 10
oh shrugs - 70, 2 x 10
face pulls - double mini band, 2 x 15

very quick....done in 40 minutes. i look forward to wednesday of next week....might eventually switch out uni press for unilateral pushups :)

hi bar free squats - 5RM - 140, 3 x 5

king deadlifts - 60, 2 x 8

pullups - 17.5, 2 x 5....15 + miniband, 1 x 5

palloff press - mini band, 2 x 12 with 5 sec iso at the end
rc stuff with bands and bodyblade.

king deads are pretty damn fun....been about a year since i free squatted...i liked it. all below parallel.

split squats: 100, 2 x 7

ng chest supp rows: 100, 4 x 5

ytl's on ball...and ball rollouts: +5, 2 x 10


hard to grip with wide grip...weird feeling....i'm just gonna do conventional grip. everything else felt good...got a vid of the rdl's.
