some ball ghr's...and some side bends...haven't done those in foreverz.

wednesday for sure i'm not doing anything. friday i might just do some 5 rep conventional pulls....just to keep my nervous system knowing what it's doing :)

Great form on the sumos. You stayed super tight especially considering it was ~ME.

i'm trying to get a squat that looks exactly like yours....but it's taking awhile...i would love to be able to keep the lower half of my legs vertical....but damn it's hard...i'm sure my knees would be more happier :)

Box squats, wide stance.Start on a high box if you have to then lower as needed.Once you try wide you'll never go back!!

i'll give it a try next monday...it'll probably help my sumo out. ever had knee problems from squatting?
