free squat below parallel: 180 x 1 some ball ghr's...and some side bends...haven't done those in foreverz. wednesday for sure i'm not doing anything. friday i might just do some 5 rep conventional pulls....just to keep my nervous system knowing what it's doing :) |

Box squats, wide stance.Start on a high box if you have to then lower as needed.Once you try wide you'll never go back!!
