One of the benches at Stratiform has sheets of adhesive backed sandpaper stuck on it. I love that bench. I prefer not to bench with a shirt on...if you get a good arch, it's easy to slide around if you're wearing a shirt.

RC circuit


did the side planks up on the hand instead of the forearm...good bang for the buck with more anti rotator and shoulder stabilization. fun stuff.

bulgarians: 40 x 5, 50 x 5, 60 x 5

neutral grip js rows: 105, 2 x 5
supine ghr's: 2 x 15

half kneeling pallof press: 2 x 6 w/ 3 sec iso hold on each rep

done in 14 minutes....gonna be a nice deload week.
