uni gm's: 40, 2 x 8

db snatch's are super fun. it will be awhile before i attempt it with the barbell...but damn...i could have just done those for an hour instead of the rest of the workout :)

pistol box squats w/ 9" band around knees, 2 x 6
uni press: 40, 2 x 4


taking it easy on the lower body...almost got some patellar tendonitis i think...so took a tip from mike boyle with the 9" band...really getting my glute medius to control my femur. really sitting back and taking the pressure off the knees.

parallel pistols w/ band around knees: 3 x 5

chins: +35 x 5, +40 x 4, +35 x 4
modified slideboard leg curl: 3 x 5

don't have a slideboard....but have a linoleum floor and a towel :)
