db hang snatch: 25, 3 x 3 bulgarians: 80 x 3, 90 x 3, 100 x 3, 110 x 3 chinups: +35, 2 x 3....+10 x 10 db rows: 35, 2 x 10 uni gm's: 40, 2 x 8 db snatch's are super fun. it will be awhile before i attempt it with the barbell...but damn...i could have just done those for an hour instead of the rest of the workout :) |

12/30 db snatches: 25 x 3, 30 x 3 x 2 bench w/ 5 second eccentrics: 155 x 2, 160 x 1 x 2, 155 x 2 neutral grip inverted row: 4 x 8 pistol box squats w/ 9" band around knees, 2 x 6 uni press: 40, 2 x 4 taking it easy on the lower body...almost got some patellar tendonitis i think...so took a tip from mike boyle with the 9" band...really getting my glute medius to control my femur. really sitting back and taking the pressure off the knees. |
