long workout...very tiring. easy week next week.

thanks brutha. i'm very curious to see what my max chinup is getting too. i might give the pistols a little break for a bit....not sure yet...deload next week...very ready...especially after today...i gotta juggle some things around. i think neutral bench is going to stick around for awhile....like 3 weeks ago it was a struggle to hit 155 for 3...and 165 really wasn't that bad this week.

shitty day at work...so loaded up some volume.
