trap bar deads: 207.5 x 5, 177.5 x 8 neutral bench: 135, 2 x 5 pistols: +10, 2 x 8 neutral inverted rows: +16, 3 x 5 side planks on hand: 1 x 1 min. fairly pleasant day....aside from it snowing....after all 68" of it finally melted. starting to love the trap bar deads. |

hang snatches: 50, 4 x 3...40 x 4 press medley (military press, push press, split jerk): 5 x 3, 80, 82.5, 85, 87.5, 90) slideboard leg curls: single leg, 4 x 3...double leg, 1 x 20 chinups: 35, 3 x 5 side planks on hand: 1 min...30 sec. fun day. if it's nice wednesday...it's time to get the sled out. |
The sled would be nice. I'm going to be flipping a tire the next nice day we get. Press medley looks fun.

sled drags: 70 lbs x 4 minutes, 4.5 minutes....55 lbs x 3.5 minutes tree pullups: 3 x 8 pushups: 3 x 15 reverse crunches: 3 x 10 30 minutes on the nose. out of fucking shape....damn winter. :) |

last friday i did some deads....i think...212.5 x 5, and 180 x 9...uni rdl's +20 x 30...neutral bench 137.5, 2 x 5...and some inverted rows.
and monday...did some hang cleans and some press medley...increased weight from last week...chinups 37.5 x 5, 35 x 5 x 2...and some slideboard leg curls and pallofs today was outside day... round 1: db snatches w/25, 3 per side...sled drag with 85 pounds for about 2 minutes...grass is growing, shit was hard...25 bodyweight pushups...1 single tgu with 25 on each side. round 2: db snatch w/25 x 3 per side...sled drag with 85 pounds for 2 minutes...11 tree pullups...10 reverse crunches round 3: db snatch w/25 x 3 per side...sled drag with 60 pounds x 2 minutes...11 tree pullups...1 single tgu per side with 25. 30 minutes. tiring. fun. snatches are alot more fun outside...working out outside is more fun. kinda weird only banging out 25 pushups...when i can hit like 14 with a 45 pound plate on my back...:) |

4/12 pistols: +10, 3 x 5 uni press: 35, 2 x 8 chins: +20 x 8 x 2, +15 x 8 body saw on slideboard: 37 sec. 4/14 sumos: 230 x 5 incline bench: 127.5 x 8, 120 x 8 db rows: 52.5, 3 x 11 cuff stuff and ab stuff. |
