hit up some light sled dragging yesterday...60 pounds for four 2 minute trips...and like 35 fat grip pullups.

rev crunches/double leg lowering/cuff stuff

uni overhead press: 42.5 x 8, 45 x 8

chins: 27.5 x 8, 25 x 8, 20 x 8
planks: +10, 2 x 45 sec.

last workout before flying out to connecticut tomorrow. pretty excited. hit a 5 pound pr on the chins.

incline bench: 132.5 x 7, 17.5 x 7
db rows: 57.5, 2 x 11

banded face pulls and some cuff stuff.

did not eat clean at all on vacation, or get much quality sleep :) it was fun as shit though. got sixty pounds worth of chains coming so i can more easily add weight to pushups...and other stuff.
