Thanks...I would have gotten 4 or 5 reps my first set. I wanted to pull 350X5. I fucking didn't count the weights right & thought it was a warmup set...
Derek posted some new vids in case any of you guys that train WS are interested. These guys help me with my training & I hang out with them away from the gym too...awesome group.

^^^ For sure. I don't really train with them, I don't guess. Kind of...someone is always around, so I always get advice about form, variations, training frequency, etc, etc. A bunch of them typically train together. I wouldn't really want to train with them since they're all lifting literally twice most of my 1RMs...it wouldn't make too much sense. It's a great environment though. Apparently one of the big powerlifters is coming to the gym to train...for the change of pace & the environment at SSC. Pretty cool. Don't remember his name though...I'll post it when I remember.

That sucks. Some stuff to watch for is the speed that they have...they do plenty of DE work. Check out one of Derek's ME bench press vids. He has the craziest arch in his back. That's something I'm trying to work on. I don't remember the name of the medical condition Derek has, but his joints are "open". That's why he frequently lifts in gear...to avoid subluxations. I'm hoping that he'll put up some videos from the DL competition.
