^^^ Yep, ours is shorter & heavier than that one though. Same diameter. It was definitely messy.

I haven't figured out how to put the titles & stuff on there yet, but that's 100X5, 120X3, 150X1, and 160X1.

after you upload your videos...click on one to watch it...up above the video will be the "remix video" thing. click that.
add the vids in order you want them from the panel on the side...then. click number 2 on the left side...add text. actually click and hold...drag it onto the video you want...where you want it.

And when you seek forgiveness
You will see there is no god
And for all eternity
You will cry my name

A bar comes out either side like a regular barbell, I believe.

^^^ Yep. It's a good tool. You just lose some of the advantage because of the diameter of the log...it means you have to lean back farther to get the weight centered. I have a hard time getting leg drive because of that, I think. Just need to practice more. If I do that strong man competition around the beginning of next year, it will be a 200 or 210lb log for reps for my weight class...although it's only 240lbs for the heavyweights (that's stupid). The log is a little smaller in diameter & a little shorter, so it will be good to train with this one.
