Well, had to cut cardio short, spent 35 min this morning looking for my wallet....forgot I put it in a drawer...that I never, ever put it in......aaaaahh, the subtle little signs of getting old.

What are your thoughts on the weight loss so far?

I'm happy with it. It's comming along well. The diets not bad either. Havent had a cheat meal yet.

If you decide to sell your resolve after this cutting cycle, I'd be willing to buy it. I've had less than 10 completely clean meals in the past two months...it's kind of funny because when I look in the mirror, that fact stares back at me.

A few factors come into play.
1) there are 12 other competitors, and some feel i'm a threat, if I can hang on to my mass

2) top prize is just over $1,000 in stuff

3) I want to see what I will look like leaned out, I plan on having abs by the end of the contest. gonna start either a eca stack or fat burning stack this week.

So I jump on the treadmill, go to put my stuff in the little cubby/cup holder on the mill, and lo and behold I see a little blue baggy in the cubby. I picked it up and sure enough it had some meth in it(doubt it was coke). So I just put it back in the cubby get on with my work out and forget about it till I'm about to leave. Of course this is where my paranoia kicks in. I was going to just leave it, but then I did pick it up and probably got my prints on it. Not to mention I was the last to use the machine, and the next person would have figuered it was mine, since I was the last one there. (remember Mr. Paranoia)

so I take it out put it in my pocket, hopping no off duty cops are working out and just happen to see me put a little blue baggy in my pocket. Anyhow, I beline for the restroom and flush it down the toilet, of course waiting till all the flushing is done, cause, who knows the toilet could back up, thus spitting out the little blue baggy. And me being the last one in that stall.

Well, it flushed down fine. and no one tailed me home, so I guess I'm safe.....l ol
