Quads Leg Press 18 x 12 plates 19 x 14P 17 x 16p 15 x 18p 14,15 x 20p Hack Squat 270 x 10 360 x7,9 Leg Extensions 170 x 10,12,9,13 hams Lying Leg Curl 110 x 12 120 x 13 130 x 12 Seated Leg Curls 110 x 9,11,7,10 Calfs Seated Calf extensions plate loaded 225 x 15,15,13,11,12,9 I still can't explain why I can do so muchmore weight at my gym #2 on the leg press than I can at gym #1. Are the leg machines those sliding leg press thingers? If so, are they at the same angle? That could make a difference. IW |
