Shoulders Smith Seated Press 4 x 6-8 x 230 Hammer Shoulder thing 4 x 7-8 x 270 Seated D.B. Side laterals 4 x 12 x 40's (these killed me today) Traps D.B. Shrugs 4 x 15 x 105's Barbell shrugs 4 x 10-12 x 385 added upright rows, with cable mach 4 x10-12 x 180 Ab stuff I probably shouldent be doing shoulder the day after chest. |
Well, just one more month left on my contest, I think I have added some overall mass, my back has also thickened up a little. also you can clearly see my messed up peck, almost looks like I tore it at one time or something
