Well, just one more month left on my contest, I think I have added some overall mass, my back has also thickened up a little. also you can clearly see my messed up peck, almost looks like I tore it at one time or something

I know I have a wierd training program, but somehow I feel it works for me for making size. I think I'll take the next 2 days off :biglaugh:
