Thanks.

Thats just me being lazy.

I'm thinking of posibly changing up soon, maybe doing a B.B. routine. Not really working on strengh though.

Well got my liquid egg whites today. 15--2lb containers. not bad price $43.00. Alot cheaper then that eggwhites international place. I belive they sell 4 gal for $115+ shipping. Mine is 1 quart short of 4 gal and is about a 1/3 the price.

I took a break from the cardio this last week. Just needed to recoup a little. I'll be back fullforce on monday.

I'm getting in on a bulk contest on another forum. I really don't want to put on any real weight. so maybe me continuing to cut will give me an overall apperance of more mass....we'll see. Realisticly I don't have much of a chance since I think most of them will be running a cycle......I don't think i will be.
