Thanks, guys. I think I have one of the matches taped on my digital camera but like a retard, I forgot to charge the battery before the competition. I'll see if my girl friend or anybody else from my school got it on tape.

Thanks man. Yeah, no gi is a lot harder then gi. With gi you can grab some cloth. No Gi, if that guy sweats a lot, getting a hold on him is very frustrating.
I forgot to look for the vid on my camera. I'll look tonight and see what's up.

Tuesday's Workout
Bench 3x5 @ 255, 1x3 @ 275
BB Complexes
Deadlift – 6 reps
Romanian Deadlift – 6 reps
Bent Over Row – 6 reps
Power Clean – 6 reps
Front Squat – 6 reps
Push Press – 6 reps
Back Squat – 6 reps
Good Morning – 6 reps
4 rounds @ 135 with 75 seconds rest.
BB Power Clean, Press & Burpees
2, 20 second rounds @ 135 with 75 seconds rest.
Abs: Wipers 3x10 @ 135
OVERVIEW
Man was this taxing. First I was thinking that I might as well start 5x5 cycle again so I went to the squat cage and it was full of people for once. So I said F' it I do bench first to mess around. Started warming up and then thought, Why not change it up and do some complexes." So I tried doing some heavy bench so I can at least maintain strength and then went right into the complexes. Man it was brutal. After my third set I was thinking this is great but I need something that is more explosive. So I did one more set of complexes and decided to do this power clean burpee combo and add a press after the clean. I could only do 2 rounds and it was intense. I forgot how much it takes out of you. I only did 20 second rounds as fast and explosive as possible. My how shoulder and trap area are killing me today. You can click on the "BB Power Clean, Press & Burpees" above for a vid of what the exercise looks like.

Thursday's Workout
Used a 60lbs. kettlebell. Each exercise I did was for time, 1 minute and I rested for 1 minute inbetween circuits, 5 circuits in all.
One arm swings
Snatches
Clean and press
Lunges The kettlebell is extended over my head the whole time for 30 seconds and then I switch to the other hand for 30 more seconds.
After that I did these:
Turkish get-ups: 3x5 each arm
Windmills: 3x5 each arm
Kettlebell Halo: 3x5 in each direction.
PM Training: 1hr. Muay Thai
OVERVIEW
Same thing as with the other kettlebell workouts. Next time I do kettlebell I'm going to change it up. Don't know what to do but I'm going to change it.
Last night I was told I was going to be tested for the next level of my Muay Thai class. Then I asked about the Sparring team and the owner said you can tryout on the 14th so I am slowly moving my way up to start competing in Muay Thai. I'll let you guys know, as always, when I start kicking some serious butt.

Saturday's Workout
Deads 3x5 @ 315lbs
JS Rows 3x3 @ 225lbs
BB Power Clean, Press & Burpees
4, 60 second rounds @ 135 with 60 seconds rest.
Abs: Wipers 3x10 @ 135
OVERVIEW
Was in Pittsburg this weekend with the gf's family and was able to workout at the YMCA they have there. Very nice. Workout was good. Should have gone heavier on Deads. Not doing complexes, and only doing the Burpee movement, gave me more energy to do a longer set with a shorter rest. Funny thing, I saw these guys doing squats and it was A2G. So I was thinking, YES someone gets it. I start doing the Burpees and they all start staring at me with a look like, What the hell is that. After I was done and started doing abs I saw those guys trying cleans then after a set of cleans they were doing pushups. They were taking there time in-between sets, but it was kinda cool and flattering.
I'll try and get those vids up either tonight or tomorrow.
