Working 50 hrs/wk and going to nite classes 12hrs/week. Goin to train with the 5x5. Only got about 1hr/day to workout, will this fit in easy, and show results?

Pull-ups and Deadlifts should be the base of your back work. These trigger all of the main muscles in the back. Also, try adding some weighted back curls and reverse flies.

Another factor that may be something to look at is your job. Do you use one arm more than the other at your job? Just a thought, keep an eye open to that. If so, try to alternate if you can.

Gainers are great for breaching the limits that we all have. Even with the proper diet and forcing every meal, hitting that mark can be difficult even impossible without gainers and pros.

don't know why it did'nt hurt but the MRI showed a partially torn muscle. it was just sore like after a good workout. no real discomfort for two days

I would have to agree with Alpha_XX, your cals are more like weight loss count. The more cals you burn the lower your wieght, if your trying to build you need cals and pro to be "overloaded".
