I believe many people heard about StrongLifts 5x5 routine but I would still love to hear your opinions, guys :)

Damn, I don't understand... When I read "Why aren't you growing??" article I see that there is written "Training a bodypart once per week (and one bodypart per day) is one of the worst ways to train....
