There are def better workouts you could do. And a rest day in the middle of your 5 days would be ideal. For example might be tough to do bis after back day, shoulders after tri etc..but if this works...

Read through the stickies and they will give you tons of beginner kowledge to get you started and keep you growing. Your best bet however is probably bulking up then cutting down.
