I don't know how to do that. I read the post and it was all numbers and unknown words for me. I just try to eat as much as i can, but my body doesn't gain weight. Nothing i can do about it it seems.

well.. i didnt know all protein suplpements where almost the same. Cause when i read the nitro tech bottle, it says "26 times better than whey", so i said.. ok.. there are some products much better...
