Last nights workout
squat kicks 7 sets of 10, 30 sec rest
crunches 4 sets of 15
10 minutes shadow boxing (mostly foot work, and various leg kicks)
10 minutes streching routine
Basicly I am in dire need of endurance in my legs, and since my hand is out of commision I decided to fatique them as much as possible yesterday. The squat kicks did the job pretty well, then I did foot work and such till my legs were jello. I did throw some hand work in with the shadow boxing, but mostly weak hand side, and not a whole lot.
The right hand is starting to feel better, range of motion has increased 10 fold since i hurt it, and the pain is starting to subside a little. I am adding in cissus to my regiment to help with this, i capped some bulk powder last night, and will take roughly 1 gram 3 times a day untill it runs out (then i'll order some super cissus).
Leviathan + Reset AD
I've never felt like this on a stim product before. Usually with stims i feel like ass in the morning untill i take my morning dose then all is good. On lev + reset, I just dont have that feeling. I mean it picks me up a little bit, but if I dont take it I feel fine. I've also been able to tighten the belt up again, one more notch, yyyyeaaaahhhh buddddyyyyyyy.

252lbs -- now thats more like it.
Last nights workout
squat kicks 8 sets of 10, 30 sec rest
crunches 4 sets of 15
10 minutes shadow boxing (mostly foot work, and various leg kicks)
10 minutes streching routine
My legs were killin me when i woke up this morning, its a wierd kind of soreness though, more fatique then actual doms I guess. A totally different feeling then the day after heavy squats. I'm liking it, makes me feel like I did something right yesterday.
I knew switching up my wiegh in to friday morning would make a huge difference, I dont know what I was thinking before, who gets wieghed after thier carb up anyway?

Ok so this post is going to be a little long, but its funny so bear with me.
So friday I decided to go out for a few drinks with a buddy of mine, and since he just moved to LBI (long island) we headed back there after a few drinks. It was a an interesting night, but I wont get into all that. I had planned on heading back to my parents house on saterday morning, so I got up and had my buddy drive me to the train station.
As soon as I stepped on the train, i realized I left my cell phone at his apartment. Of course he had left by then, so I preceeded to run the half mile back to his place. However, since I'm unfamiliar with LBI I ended up running in the wrong direction, so a half mile run, turned into a 1.5 mile run, on an empty stomach (also hung over btw). By the time I reached his place, I was soaked in sweat, and still wearing my work clothes from the day before. The looks I was getting were priceless, a mixture of wtf, and that poor guy hahahah.
If nothing else atleast i got some medium duration solid state cardio in, and on a day when I normally wouldnt have. How I didnt puke i have no idea, but looking back now its pretty funny.
I also thought i'd make mention, I'm just about done with my bottle, and I'm liking the effects so far. I think I may take a week or so off then pick up another bottle and keep this going.

ah monday, did 1.8 miles yesterday, diet was spot on till about midnight when I just had to kill that piece of pizza that was in the fridge, it was only one, but I'm still not happy with myself. oh well back on track today.
My endurance is definately increasing, i could have gone a lot longer on that run, but i chose to increase slowly so i keep an even pace. I didnt want to overdue it and not be able to work legs today.

Wrap up
Well I'm finished with my bottle today, I had two caps left this morning so I'm using a half dose today. I havent heard back from PAL about a second bottle, so I'm assuming there isnt going to be one. Thats no matter, I am going to take a 2 week break from stims all together, and then pick up another bottle and keep going.
wieght this morning was 251lbs, down from 257 at the start, not bad at all. I feel/look leaner, and I'm liking the progress so far.
My overall impression of Leviathan is that its a great stim, not too strong and not too weak. It offers more of a recomp IMO then say the e/c stack, and with little hunger suppression it was easy to keep my cals stable (aside from work related bs). I enjoyed my time on it, and I'm going to keep reporting on the after effects in the two weeks I take off. The main reason behind that is when I do the e/c stack, I often crash hard afterward. I am using Reset AD by PAL to test to see if that will keep the crash to a minimum.

I was curious about when using Reset A.D in conjunction with Leviathan. Im guessing you would start taking the Reset A.D when you start feeling the harsh effects from the stims? It also says on the bottle take as much as you need up to 3 caps a day. I mean how would you determine that. Also theres only 60 caps and Leviathan is 90, not sure how exactly that would work out.

I was taking 2 doses of Reset per day, one upon waking, and one about an hour after my mid afternoon meal (3pm or so). I wouldn't start Reset until you feel the harsh effects of the stim fade. And then as a sort of adrenal pct, once you are done with the stims.
