Been a while half way through PR week:

Flat Bench: 280lbs 3x8
Close Grip Bench: 245lbs 3x5
Upright Rows: 165lbs 3x8
Bent Over Rows: 280lbs 3x8
Deadlifts: 380lbs 3x5
Leg Extensions: 215lbs 3x8
Leg Curls: 100lbs 2x8
Calf Raises: 325lbs 3x15

Currently sitting at 235lbs.

absolutely!! I sweat more on deads and squats than any other exercise, its crazy...lovin' them though...wish I could squat what I deadlift
