Am i right in thinking that the reason some guys have weaker body parts is down to genetics, and not always training???

There not bad measurements, I have a 33" waist (trouser size) a 44" chest and my arms are nearly touching the 15" mark.
I wasn't blessed in the arm department, I have nice broad shoulders but I have scrawny little 6 1/2" wrists.
Since I have been doing close grip benches my arms have been getting noticably bigger, I do 2 sets of 8 reps once a week after bench pressing.

Nice to see another Brit here Jonson.
I also did my tricep work after doing my chest, the problem i found was that i was spending to long in the gym and by seperating the two i cud really hit my triceps with big weights.
